Fee is 25% based on the commission percentage received from any transaction that occurs due to a buyer visiting the company’s website before purchasing a property. This transaction fee will be paid from either the selling agents side or the buyers agents side of the transaction depending upon which side of the transaction advertiser is on. If an advertiser has both sides of a transaction than the company will receive a 25% Real Estate referral fee based on the total commissions paid to agent/advertiser. Referral fees will only apply if a buyer of a property recruits South of the Border Properties to represent them with their purchase agreement.
