South of the Border Properties Travel – Use our travel agency feature - where renters can book all their travel needs including airfare, rental cars, airport transportation and any other travel arrangements, all at highly competitive rates. Renters can access South of the Border Properties Travel right from our website. We take all the hassles out of renting a great vacation property and booking all travel needs by providing a one stop shop for vacation property renters.

      Why list with South of the Border Properties?

Cost – You only pay a once a year $5.00 fee to list all your properties with us, whether you have one property or a hundred properties.

No programming experience is needed – We have developed a format in which you can upload all your pictures and property descriptions to us and we will edit and post all your listings providing a unique presentation of your properties.

No setup fees – We never charge a setup fee to post or list your vacation rental properties.

Administration fee – We do charge a one time administration fee of five dollars to set up your automated account. This fee is for your initial account setup in order for us to create a fully automated account that you can use for years to maintain as many listings for as long as you wish. Do to the intricacy of creating your own personal automated account it is imperative that we charge a minimum fee for the work involved. This is a once a year fee.

Photos included – Post unlimited photos per listing.

Indexing your property – Your property will be indexed according to the country and location of your property as to provide ease of access for any potential renters.

Online blog – South of the Border Properties provides an online blog where renters of your property can post comments about your property and potentially create more rental business for your properties. All blog entries go through our quality verification before being allowed to go live on the site.

Free availability calendar – You can add an online availability calendar to each of your listings and have full capability to update your online calendar whenever you like at no additional charge.

Our compensation – We provide all the services mentioned above which constitutes a full marketing program for your vacation rental properties, all well in advance of being paid from you. Our compensation is only paid after we have provided a renter for your property that has made a commitment to rent your property and paid an initial deposit to stay in your rental property. The fee is 10% of the gross rental amount for the renter’s entire stay in your vacation rental. The renter of your property will not be charged any money until he commits to rent your property, therefore eliminating any misunderstandings of money being paid before the property renter has committed to renting your property. Once the property renter that we have provided you actually rents your property then adjustments will be made to your billing/payment to reflect our 10% marketing fee. We will then forward the rental monies on to you. You will have the option of several different methods of funds delivery, all of which we guarantee that you will receive your rental monies before the renter of your property arrives for their stay. It will be the responsibility of the property owner/listing agent to process any and all documents that they require in order to rent their properties above and beyond the monetary agreements between South of the Border Properties and themselves. South of the Border Properties will not withhold any property renters information from the owner/listing agent of any rental property as to act in complete honesty and good faith. If your property rents for $2000.00 or more per night you will want to ask about our deeply discounted rates. (Optional) Allow us to place a linked banner ad on your website and receive a 10% discount off of the total amount owed to South of the Border Properties once the renter that we have referred to you rents your property.

Please Note – Your property listings will appear live on the site within two business days after you have uploaded your information. All inquires about your listings will be directed to our customer care team. Please do not include your contact information in the listing or it may be deleted.
